Who we are

Merriwicked is a living practice rooted in relationship, embodiment, and transformation.

This work is shaped by lived experience, recovery-informed care, depth psychology, and ritual as a means of integration—not escape. We believe healing happens slowly, relationally, and with reverence for the nervous system and the stories carried in the body.

The image here reflects something essential to this practice: no one becomes themselves alone. Merriwicked is grounded in real life, chosen family, and the steady presence that makes growth possible. This is not about perfection or transcendence: it’s about learning how to stay, listen, and change with care.

Here, the sacred is practical.
The human experience is honored.
And becoming is allowed to unfold in its own time.

Safe Spaces,

This conversation reflects the values and standards that guide Merriwicked.

I’m Amy, the founder of Merriwicked Medicine.

I created Merriwicked in 2022 out of a need for spaces that are not just labeled “safe,” but are actually practiced that way, relational, accountable, consent-centered, and grounded in real life.

My work is shaped by years of embodied, relational, and recovery-informed practice. I believe safe spaces are not aesthetic or performative; they are built through presence, boundaries, and a willingness to listen and repair. Safety is not assumed; it is established over time.

Merriwicked exists to hold that standard with care, clarity, and integrity.

Who we are for

Merriwicked is for you if:

  • You are seeking depth, not quick fixes or spiritual bypassing

  • You value consent, boundaries, and relational accountability

  • You understand healing as a slow, embodied process

  • You are willing to engage with both light and shadow

  • You want spaces that are practiced with care, not just labeled “safe.”

Merriwicked may NOT be for you if:

  • You are looking for instant transformation or guaranteed outcomes

  • You want spiritual work without grounding, accountability, or boundaries

  • You expect emotional labor without mutual respect or consent

  • You are unwilling to engage in self-reflection or repair

  • You prefer aesthetics over integrity

Merriwicked is a practice of care, not consumption.
